The Brief

Qinecsa wanted to establish a baseline productivity across the organisation to embed a Continuous Improvement Programme.

What we did

  • Deployed KYP.ai to 1400 users across the organisation to capture data on processes, systems and people. 
  • Configured and trained the AI algorithm to identify patterns in behaviours.
  • Identified optimisation opportunities, including automation use cases, to streamline ways of working.
  • Trained and empowered team leads to use KYP data to drive continuous improvement within their teams.
