## The Brief

VoucherCodes wanted to understand their tech landscape and how to optimise their investment in existing systems to deliver efficiencies across the business.

## What we did

We explored how to consolidate and upgrade their IT systems by:

- Working closely with the exec to understand their goals and concerns
- Performing a system audit to understand the as-is tech landscape
- Interviewing and surveying users on their experience with core systems
- Mapping overlaps in their tech landscape
- Identifying opportunities to streamline ways of working

## What was the outcome

We provided them with a detailed report which included:

- How to consolidate their tech landscape to streamline processes and optimise ways of working
- Tech Design Principles to embed structured and collaborative decisioning
- A roadmap for delivering efficiencies across the business through their technical landscape
