The Brief

VoucherCodes wanted a best-in-class out-the-box CMS and loyalty solution to support and enable their growth strategy. 

What we did

We ran a five-week assessment of leading vendors for both CMS and loyalty solutions to provide a comparative assessment that: 

  • Identified and documented crucial user requirements
  • Mapped the client's current CMS and loyalty solutions.
  • Identified and assessed the suitability of market-leading vendors.
  • Determined the business case for each solution.
  • Provided two detailed reports with our findings and recommendations

What was the outcome

We determined that:

  • The market-leading CMS vendors weren’t mature or flexible enough to replace VoucherCodes' in-house CMS.
  • VoucherCodes could consolidate their CMS to provide a better user experience.
  • They needed a loyalty solution that would give them the edge over competitors. 
  • An AI-powered loyalty solution would best meet their requirements and give them the greatest competitive advantage.
